Labor only to diagnose & repair your electronic air cleaner power supply. We are the only company in the country to offer Aprilaire electronic air cleaner repair & diagnosis service for both consumers and contractors alike. Parts for the door assembly are not available so IF we determine there is a problem with your power pack assembly (door) we will offer to sell you a replacement door.
You ship us your complete power supply assembly (ON SOME MODELS THE COMPLETE POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY IS THE DOOR WHILE ON OTHER MODELS IT IS THE METAL BOX BOLTED TO THE TOP OF THE AIR CLEANER CABINET) and we diagnose what is wrong with it in our shop. Once we determine what is wrong, we email you the results and tell you how much the parts will cost to repair it. You then approve the repairs and we install the parts for you. Part cost is not included in this fee but the labor to install any parts is included. Your power supply is then shipped back to you ready for you to remount it on your air cleaner. Turn around time is normally within 1 week. We would like you to include the model and serial number of your unit (if you know it) so we can reference the correct parts for it.
Please ship it to us using UPS or FedEx since you can track the delivery to us and have proof of receipt. DO NOT ship via the US Postal Service. Please include either a copy of your invoice (generated by this website upon purchase of a DIAGNOSTIC) or write the invoice number on a piece of paper and include it with the power supply assembly so we know who owns it.
