Overall I was VERY pleased with the maintenance kit and found it to be exactly as advertised. My only criticism was I found the rubber hose to be very inflexible; which made it harder than it could have been to install. Given the small amount of water pressure being pumped through the hose, such a heavy-gauge tube seems unnecessary to me. This one item is the only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star review.

Once I priced a few items (e.g.the water panel and the water tube and nozzle), I realized the maintnenca kit included more items for the same price. Ordering on the website was easy and convenient. Most hardware stores in my area do not carry replacement parts. Once I placed my order, the kit arrived quickly. I would recommend this kit to all my friends and neighbors.

The maintenance kit purchased for my old Aprilaire 760 was perfect for my system. The humidifier had not been serviced in 5 or more years and this kit was perfect. It had an updated filter and filter holder which fit perfectly and the humidifier works very well now. I plan to order additional parts for the humidifier to completely refurbish it for next winter. The Aprilaire products are excellent quality and perform very well.

I can get parts at a local supply house but they have these big signs that say PROFESSIONAL TRADES PEOPLE ONLY or some such in Annapolis, MD. I always feel a little guilty dealing with them but don't want to go with the highway robbers in our area. Your website offered a good alternative.

All of the parts fit in place perfectly, but the tiny little directions on the parts bag were not very helpful, so I had to download the maintenance manual to finish the job correctly (which I should have on the shelf anyway).
