What can I say? I talked with an informative sales person who quickly helped me select and place my order for the 213 upgrade filter. Note that I am a new user of the Aprilaire filter system installed along with a new replacement A/C system in my home. Due to a lung problem, I needed a high performance filter. So far so good. I just instaled the 213 upgrade (easy to install), replacing the original. I would incourage you to have A/C system installers who also install your filter systems, to offer either grade of filer so that the end customer can select either filter from the very beginning. (This would have saved me maybe $40 bux!!). My A/C installer did not seem to know much about an upgrade. I found out about the 213 by reading your booklet left in the attic by the new system!!! Note that I appreciate your offering the 213 upgrade. Also, free shipping on the "two pack" helped reduce the total cost of the 213. very easy to exchange. By the looks of the old filter it was due for a change. With the 2 pack, I will change the filter more often just by having another one in the house on standby.

These filters are terrific! They are extremely easy to use...a great improvement over the past accordian-style filters for this model! With the conversion kit in place, it takes only a minute or two to change the filter. And it has never failed to impressed the heating and A/C service guys - used to the previous slat-style filters - who ask where I got the conversion kit and amazing new filters. I always direct them to your website! I also love the yearly reminder emails with the great sales on these filters....it makes it even nicer to replace the filters in a timely manner. Thank you!

Very good product. My second time ordering these filters. They have helped to improve the air quality in our home. Easy to install. Frame they fit into is metal--also a plus over the previous frame which was plastic and ending up cracking.

Just changed my filter for the first time and was amazed how much "stuff" had been collected. Product seems to deliver on the promise. Only comment is that with hardwood floors and one pet, I think a 4 month replacement is more appropriate. My unit had to be working harder if the filter was that filthy. Branden
