Dealing with you was quick, efficient and cost effective. First I tried ordering them through Sears as I had for several years, since they installed the unit. They refused to sell it to me this year, saying it must be installed by one of their service people, at a cost of well over $100 plus the part. Sears is a serious rip off artist, since I have installed the part for over 5 years running. They didn't care, said it was new company policy. Needless to say I am through doing business with them!!

I provided no rating for the panels, since I just got them. However, I do have a comment/suggestion to make. Past panels were marked in black to indicate which end was up. The new panels are marked in yellow, which I couldn't see in the subdued light in the basement where the furnace is located. I know the black marking is much easier to see, and wander why the change to yellow was made?
