Model 5000 is designed for convenient installation with any type of forced air heating and cooling system. Electricity required and may require minor sheet metal work. This is the most efficient media type air cleaner on the market. Runs on standard 110 volt power. Maintenace consists of replacing the filter media every 6 months if you have heating and cooling OR every 12 months if you have heating only.

The manufacturer is sometimes referred to as April Aire, Aprilair, April Air but is correctly spelled Aprilaire.
