Parts fit well and were easy to install. Directions were good. This is another part you can't find, even at a plumbing supply (And many of them are not willing to order parts of this nature.).

It's funny, my furnace repair company stated: "the part you need to repair the humidifier section of your furnace is no longer made". After he left, I pulled out the owners manual and looked for the part I needed. In the manual there was the part number. I got on the computer,went to to the internet and entered the part number. Bing...there was the webiste of "Aprilaire". I looked up the part number, just to make sure it was still available. Called the company, ordered the part and received it within two weeks. I opened the humidifier, replaced the part and now it works like new. The price was inexpensive, the service department was friendly, and the part got here quickly. Give them a call, they'll help you and send the part as soon as you want it.
